Click & Collect Pickup Points
- Pickup Point Outside - Open from 12:00 till 17:30 on show day, accessible without ticket. This pickup point is located at the entrance of the Ziggo Dome, right next to the regular merchandise stand.
- Pickup Point Seated - Open from 18:30 till 23:30, seated tickets only. This pickup point is located on the 1st ring South, between the La Place counter and section 109.
- Pickup Point Floor - Open from 18:30 till 23:30, standing tickets only (GA, Golden Circle and Wheelchair Tickets). This pickup point is located at the back of the foyer on the ground floor, to the left of the hall, opposite of the bar.

Which pickup point should I choose?
Which pick-up point you should select depends on your ticket type! Here’s a quick breakdown of the three options:
- Early Pickup Point Outside – Accessible to everyone, even without a concert ticket. Open until one hour before doors open. Perfect if you want to grab your merch early!
- Pickup Point Seated – Only for visitors with seated tickets on the first or second ring.
- Pickup Point Floor – Only accessible for those with standing tickets or wheelchair spaces in the main hall.
Pick the pick-up point that matches your ticket, and you’ll be good to go for a smooth merch pick-up!
Can I exchange sizes at the Click & Collect?
In most cases, exchanges at the Click & Collect are not possible. Not sure about your size? Then it might be better to buy your merch at one of our regular merchandise stand, there, you can check out the sizes before you buy. Picked the wrong size anyway? Just contact us at support@officialmerchandise.nl.
I didn't receive a confirmation email with QR code. What now?
It's possible that the confirmation e-mail doesn't load correctly, especially in a crowded area. You can try opening the e-mail again. Or if this doesn't work you can still collect your order by telling us your name or order number.
What happens if you forget to collect your order?
If you’re unable to pick up your order, please contact us. We’ll refund the amount to your account. Unfortunately it's not possible to deliver the items to your home address.
Why is there a service fee?
A small service fee applies to Click & Collect to help cover the additional work and operational costs. We appreciate your understanding!
Is there more merchandise available at the merchandise stand?
You can pre-order a selection of the available merchandise. There will be more products available at our regular merchandise stands.
