Where do I pick up my order?

  • Standing area ticket? (General admission, Golden Circle or Wheelchair platform)

    Pickup Point Floor · inside the venue · 18:30–23:00


    Location: Ground Floor South Foyer, between arena floor entrance 003 and 004, next to the food outlets.

  • Seated area ticket?

    Pickup Point Seated · inside the venue · 18:30–23:00

    Location: First Ring South, next to section 109.

  • Want your order before the show? (any ticket, or no ticket)

    Pickup Point Outside · no ticket needed · 13:00–17:15 

    Location: At the main entrance, right next to the regular merchandise stand.

How It Works

  • Order and select you pickup location

    Order your merch online and choose your pickup location at checkout. Not sure which location to pick? See the info below.

  • Use the fast lane to collect your order

    On show day, go to the Click & Collect pickup point you selected and use the fast lane to collect your merch.

  • Show us your pickup confirmation e-mail

    To collect your merchandise show us your pickup confirmation e-mail with QR Code. That's it!
